Timothy P. Kelly is a creator and advocate whose work bridges faith, storytelling, and foster care awareness. After a radical faith transformation and departure from the New Age, Timothy authored Ground to God, a testimony written to witness, plant seeds, and point others toward redemption.
After several seasons of waiting and preparation, the calling became clear in 2025, leading to the launch of Foster Care Awareness 365 and the creation of Foster Care Anthem. Drawing from decades of life experience, filmmaking, and creative work, our founder committed full-time to using music and media to humanize foster care, amplify overlooked stories, and support long-term awareness and action.
