Spreadsheet-to-Dashboard

Somewhere in your business there's a spreadsheet that runs something important and that only one person really understands. It has fourteen tabs. It has a formula that broke in March and nobody's admitted it. It gets emailed around as FINAL_v7_USE_THIS_ONE.xlsx. And when you want to know how the month went, someone spends two hours updating it before they can tell you.

I turn that into a live web dashboard. Real charts, real filters, works on your phone, always current. Your numbers stop being a monthly archaeology project and start being something you glance at on a Tuesday.

You keep working the way you work. If the source stays a Google Sheet, it stays a Google Sheet — I connect to it. Nobody has to learn a new system or migrate anything. The data flows in from where it already lives, and the dashboard renders on top.

Seven days. And it's genuinely one of the most immediately felt things I build, because the first time you check your numbers from your phone in a parking lot instead of waiting for a Thursday email, the whole relationship you have with your own business changes a little.
